Not all information can be gathered automatically from the machine. The StatusWatch PC Interface (PCI) provides a convenient way for machine operators to enter this data into the system. Most entries can be made with just a few mouse clicks or with an optional barcode scanner.
Customized to fit your needs.
Each PCI application can monitor up to six machines. The interface allows you to:
- Update machine state, part completion, program number, and more
- Type in log entries or detailed production information on forms and popup windows
- View or change historical data right where it’s collected
- Queue up or temporarily override automatically detected machine states
Don’t want a specific feature? The whole application is configurable, so you can pick and choose exactly which features you want.
